Well I love their products however customer service is not really effective. So I don't feel safe to shop here again. They missed an item in my order and then it takes weeks to get reply. But they requested me to wait till the delivery status updated!? I mean the tracking number said delivered! Why it takes weeks on their website and still said "on the way"!? So they denied to solve an issue that 100% their fault!? A customer service agent replied a week later and offer me a discount for the item with the exact price I bought. Which is their fault in not delivering it! And they increased the price of that item, so including their shipping fees which is $8. I have to spend double and extra fees to get the exact item they FORGOT to include in my package and still charge me!?Well just wish that there will be no issues with you. Or else it will be challenging to get back from them.
