Yeah, there is always some delays in receiving an order, especially if it’s overseas but that should be expected as it goes through many channels. My order came to my country and then the local delivery services didn’t follow procedure or reply to my requests for details; they sent my order back. Despite this not being Dolls Kill problem they were supportive, informative and helpful. I cannot stress enough how, despite some shipping/delivery delays, how good the customer service is at Dolls Kill.
