I put in an order in March 2025. Some of the items were "pre-ordered" so I was given a 6 week timeline. Then on the day the clothes were supposed to be delivered it got pushed back a month. The last update I got was in August of 2025. After that the clothes werent sent, AND the updates stopped. I went to try and look for the order using the code and it didnt show up. So I went to an old email, and saw the order was still there and it said my order was "estimated to arrive" on August 15th. This was September 20th...I cancelled the order, and got all my money back thankfully. But this is just awful business practice. I have no issue waiting for a pre-order, but to continue to push it back, and then stop sending updates is sloppy, and really kindof messed up. I spent hundreds of dollars, knowing I had to wait but being OK with it. But at some point enough is enough. If this is normal then when you go to checkout it should say in black and white that preorders can take 6+ months. They should also be realistic and not just kick the can down the line every month. Be honest with your customers.
