I wanted to buy a product in bulk and had some questions. When I called they ask for an order number, and if you don't have one, the call ends. So you can't ask them pre-order questions.The payment page doesn't begin with https, and you cannot use paypal, but have to put in all your card details. That's a security risk.On balance I don't think they are safe, reliable or transparent and I will take my money elsewhere.
