I placed an order for delivery on the 5th, but it never arrived. There were no calls or emails until I received a message on the 11th stating that one item was out of stock, causing a delay. The service was completely inadequate; they should have delivered and informed me about the missing item. The item was in stock when I ordered, so I don't understand this situation. Very disappointing service.
