Writing this with sadness in my heart, my first time trying out domain king and is being the worst hosting service ever , no active customer care or phone number to call, I feel some of the postive reviews are fake, made payment for hosting and domain almost 24 hours and is still showing unpaid, I haven't gotten my cpanel details, open ticket severally no reply, seems customer care only reply on trust pilot, please refund my 40k or provide the service I paid for, my invoice number is 383452
Will change the review if they attend to me and their services are what it said it is
