You have good trading conditions but there is one thing that stopped me while i am SRC trader is the "High Frequency Trading" rule because 60 70% of my trades are finished under 1minute.
If you can make any rule that check the trading history of a trader who doesn't respect this rule but in the same time he is a discipline and consistent and profitable trader and take into consideration that he is not a gambler and make his account pass.
My experience is good from A to X not Z because of this rule if you can just adjust it or make any solution about traders who are good one but there trades finishes below 60 seconds
