Been with Done for almost two years. Never had a problem with my provider and getting refills. My diagnosis consisted of a thorough review of my medical history, work/education history, personal/social history, my symptoms which I’ve had my entire life, severity of symptoms and a number of diagnostic surveys and interview question, and more. We touch base every few months via appts, and communicate online when needed. She is very intelligent and experienced with ADHD and the mental health field and provided me with the right treatment for me which has helped me in all aspects of life especially at work and with my family.There seems to be a bipolar trend. People really love Done, like me, or they hate it. My theory is that it’s mostly because of their Provider, who may have too high of a case load, which then means more Providers need to be brought on board to compensate for the workload and more checks need to be made regarding the workflow. Other theory is that people are having trouble getting refills at a pharmacy perhaps due to supply chain issues, not Done’s fault.Done has been amazing for me, it’s been convenient and has helped me tremendously in both my personal and professional life. It is especially helpful for people like me who have poor access to psychiatric and mental health care because of where I live and my personal, family, and work schedule. Thank you Done!
