Update:After I made this review their team reached out to me within a couple of hours and let me know the pharmacy had the updated prescription and I was able to get my meds today so I'll add a couple more stars. Would I recommend or use them again? Nope.Just don't do it. First thing was they say they'll charge you 10$ then the rest after your consultation, they charged me 200$ as soon as I booked even though they had a promotion for 99$. They eventually refunded 100$ after sending them a screenshot of the promo. Then, when I saw the dr. They did send in my meds but I'm in Texas (which the dr. Knew) and the dr. Is in California so the prescription was null and void as it's illegal to fill controlled scripts from an out of state dr. They finally booked me a dr. That was in Texas on 11/28 and that Dr. Did send in my prescription but she put the wrong date on the prescription so I wouldn't be able to fill it until 12/28! When i reached out to them about a refund (because their services had been useless to me) they had deactivated my account and gave me some BS about how they couldn't refund me because it was deactivated!!! They finally refunded 80$ of the 100$. Then I asked them if the provider could Call the pharmacy and correct the date or send in a new prescription.And it still hasn't been Done! They have been giving me the run around for 2 weeks. They 1st attempted to charge me $79 to reactivate my account (that THEY deactivated) before they would fix the dates on the prescription. But since I didn't want to do that (obviously) They are just now completely lying to me and giving me the run around, Saying pharmacy was out of my medication, which is untrue after talking with pharmacist. Or that they haven't been able to reach the pharmacy by phone which is also untrue. The pharmacist told me that the Prescriber needs to call and adjust the dates on the prescription that's it. So yeah, total nightmare and I'm out 20$ and nothing to show for it.
