From the moment I made my purchase I’ve had nothing short of excellent customer service experience. The team at Done With Woman has shined every time, from the first doll I purchased to my recent one. They are a great bunch of people, especially Joe who has treated me simply more than just a customer and made me feel comfortable and at ease as well as offer great advice. As for the doll I ordered, she came perfectly wrapped and well protected, I couldn’t be happier with the way it turned out. I would recommended to anyone who’s thinking about getting a love doll to invest in Done With Women, they cannot go wrong at all. I’ll admit I was a bit skeptical on my first one, but all that went away when the team there engaged started to engage me and helped ease my mind. I truthfully have never had such great customer service even from face to face service. I know I’m not supposed to use names but Joe and Mike deserve more than to be referred to anonymously, they were key in my decision to purchase a second time. They treated me like a real person so I think it’s only fair I do the same. The only thing I can suggest is to take another look the shipping company. There were a few changes in the delivery schedule, nothing that’s really negative or unreasonable given the state of current situation but, if you’re paying for expedited service you may not be getting quite what you paid for. I’m not sure if it’s required or not but both deliveries did not require my signature which surprised me as this is a expensive investment, on both our ends.Thanks again to everyone for all the support and advice.
