I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Donkey Loans was extremely disappointing and frustrating.I came in as what most lenders would consider an ideal borrower. I have excellent credit and strong income, and from the very beginning I made it very clear that I was only interested in a line of credit with reasonable terms. They assured me they could help with that and encouraged me to move forward with their process.However, very early in the process they collected a large amount of my personal and financial information before presenting any real terms or clear offer. That should have been a red flag.When the offer finally came through, the terms were nothing like what had been discussed. The interest rate was extremely high and the line of credit amount was not what I asked for. The terms looked more like something offered to someone with poor credit or unstable income, which made no sense given my financial profile.Even after that, they kept trying to push me toward an SBA term loan, even though I clearly stated multiple times from the beginning that I was not interested in that type of financing.Overall, the experience felt misleading and like a waste of time. I would strongly recommend verifying everything in writing and being very cautious before sharing personal information or doing business with this company.
