Such a shame. Had purchased in person quite a few bits at the UKTTA convention and really liked the products and the people behind the brand. Followed up with an order, which I had hoped would be available for a holiday, but after nearly two weeks of no dispatched items and no response to emails, I’m left regretting the purchase. Reading other people’s experiences has confirmed what I had thought. The automated response really should be updated (ships 1-3 days, but give a week), as it is misleading. It would be a little easier to understand if there was an actual response or transparency to any delays or shipping issues. Will not be returning any custom.
