Zero starsPoor service from I experience property managers. They priced our unit incorrectly and so it was on the market for over a month in a good market. Then 2 days before they had to pay us, Doorstead emailed to say they were not paying the Guaranteed Rent as they found an HOA line saying our house was restricted to renting. They were wrong but we had to look for legal counsel to get them to pay. Also they dont respond to emails from owners, which begs the question....are they responsive to tenants?In short..STAY AWAY from Dorstaed unless you want to be communicating with them through your lawyers.
