I joined Dope CFO about 6 weeks ago. I have found the information to be very good and helpful. I currently run a separate accounting business and am looking to jump into the cannabis industry. Raymond especially was very helpful and encouraging in my call with him. It was also great to bump into Raymond at MJBizCon in Las Vegas recently and talk some more about cannabis accounting. I have also felt very supported in the weekly calls.My current workload is keeping me from jumping in completely just yet, but it has been a great learning experience! I see a ton of opportunity in this industry, especially after visiting MJBizCon. I look forward to continuing to learn and grow with Dope CFO.
Excellent program. The Dope CFO VIP experience is certainly a “all hands on deck” sort of environment. There are a ton of resources and competent professionals that you can speak and meet with in real time! This is a great place to grow and scale your business.
This program is comprehensive and covers all the areas you need to be successful in the Cannabis finance and accounting space. The staff is stellar with years of experience and success behind them. I am glad I invested in myself and this program. I’m excited to get out into the Cannabis community to not only help providers to be successful but to advocate for the benefits of the natural medicine we have.
I signed up for the 30 day course with DOPECFO several months ago.Since then, even though I could not afford the full program at the time, they have been nothing but extremely helpful to me. In particular Raymond, Andrew the founder, and also the support staff (Liz) in particular have gone out of their way to help me reach that first client. Raymond in fact spent thirty minutes last Friday going through my journey and ways to help me on a zoom call. The fact that they would take the time to help me, even though I have not invested what I want to with the company shows me that they are truly invested in helping CPA’s and accountants to get where they need to be.What attracted me most to the program was knowing that I would have a support staff of professionals to reach out to for the services I have little experience in, like capital raising, banking, and others. Knowing I can go talk to a potential client with that behind me gives me a great deal of confidence.I highly recommend DOPECFO to anyone looking to start a business in the Cannabis arena.Mike England
None of these reviews are saying that anybody that took the course made lots of money doing it. Only that the course is "informative." Every time somebody tries to scam accountants into taking some kind of CFO course, it's always the same thing. They talk about how "informative" the course is, but they never ever say that they've become successful at doing it or that they've made lots of money. How about some reviews where customers say how successful they have become and give us some real numbers?
I had a networking call with Raymond and it was very helpful. I am a CPA who has worked for myself for 3 years and am making the transition to serving cannabis clients. He walked through his strategy of marketing and client engagement and gave very practicable and actionable steps. I was very thankful for the time and the resources he provided and the push it gave me to keep going.

The educational material, spreadsheets, advice, and FB group make DopeCFO the single best avenue for advancement into the Cannabis Accounting/CFO industry.I have learned so much as of Day 60 (04.05.25)I have a rather nontraditional background in accounting. I'm not a CPA and I'm a little "long in the teeth" to expend the time and effort to acquire that designation. I joined the DOPE CFO program earlier this year, and have been very pleased with my investment. Andrew and his corporate team have been very responsive to my every connection and call request as I was making the decision to invest in this program, and continued to be responsive after I joined. The program breaks down cannabis accounting concepts, and client acquisition into simple language and actionable steps. The added bonus has been the on-going support from weekly calls, and the DOPE CFO community of skilled finance and accounting professionals that I can reach out to for assisstance and collaboration when I need it.
As a CPA, I was interested in learning more about this brand new growing industry and about joining this community. I had a call scheduled with the owner, Andrew Hunzicker, and was really looking forward to it. Unfortunately (or more really fortunately), I had something pop up with work and was maybe 7 minutes late to answering the call. In that time, he proceeded to text me that I was banned me from ever booking a call with him and getting the discount. I, of course, apologized and explained that a meeting at work ran a bit longer than expected and I was told I was not a fit. It was very unprofessional. You can see that in how he responds to other lower star reviews. If this is how he talks to potential customers, I would hate to see how he reacts to customers that have already paid. Save your money and do your own research. If you have any tax accounting experience, you'll be able to figure out the rules and how to best help your clients.In reply to the CEO, I had only booked one call
