ABSOLUTE WASTERS TO DEAL WITH !!!! THEY DONT KEEP STOCK OF THEIR OWN ,ORDERED AN AVTEX UNIT THAT NEVER ARRIVED TO MY NEIGHBOURS HOUSE.
AND REFUSED REPLACEMENT OR REFUND …… AND THEY BS YOU WITH EMAILS,YOU ARE DISPICABLE ON EVERY LEVEL 🤬😡😤
Excellent service ordered online as the cheapest price I could find the chairs chairs came within 3 days footstools where slightly delayed as not in stock but came a couple of days after which wasn’t a problem as the communication was excellent would definitely recommend
I picked up my new van this week and wanted to express my gratitude for such a smooth and enjoyable experience. From the very start at the event, the representative was fantastic — they showed me around the vehicle, made me feel completely welcome, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was managed perfectly up until collection. The handover was excellent. The team member took the time to explain everything I needed to know clearly and thoroughly, fixed a couple of loose trims, and was polite, friendly, and very easy to talk to. The entire process felt relaxed and well-organized. When I arrived with my family, all of the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming — even our dogs received special treatment, which truly meant a lot. It was a genuine pleasure to be there. I’m absolutely thrilled with the van and feel confident that any minor initial issues would be addressed promptly if necessary. Even though it’s quite a long journey for me, I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again. A fantastic experience from beginning to end.

I picked up my Bailey Endeavour B63 this week and wanted to say thank you for such a smooth and positive experience. From the very beginning at the NEC in Birmingham, Dean was fantastic — he showed me around the van, made me feel completely welcome, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled brilliantly right through to collection.The handover in Retford was excellent. Gary took the time to explain everything I needed to know clearly and thoroughly, fixed a couple of bits of trim that had come loose, and was polite, friendly, and very easy to talk to. The whole process felt relaxed and well organised.When I arrived with my mum and her friend, all of the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming — and even our dogs, Luna and Daisy, were given VIP treatment, which really meant a lot. We purchased a caravan (our first caravan) back in June 24 a bailey discovery d4-4, everything has been fine up until a trip in August 25 when the jockey wheel clamp bolt snapped when I was doing it up to come home from a trip. Having managed to get the caravan back to somewhere I could store it I reported it to Granthams. It is now nearly three months later and our caravan is still unuseable, apparently the parts are still not at Grantham`s and they will update me in due course, last contact 21/10/25. I have also had to provide part numbers from the jockey wheel meaning I have had to drive to our caravan storage just to get these numbers (on two occasions I have been asked to provide different numbers), surely the part is the same on all d4-4 caravans, process for process sake! Bought this caravan to get away at weekends as we have a little boy in school, 3 months out of 16 its been off the road, still waiting! I am sure there is a spare jockey wheel clamp on a number of shiny caravans they will take your deposit on today!
Stay clear of this place I can’t emphasise this enough read the reviews and take care don’t be drawn in to the hype they are all deceiving and will tell you anything to get your money once they have it it all changes buy elsewhere or take your chances
