Initially my parents had some trouble with delivery of a grinder gift for my 50th birthday. Just when my mother had all but given up, she finally spoke with the team at Doppio who were very apologetic. They got the grinder out to me the next day with 2 big bags of complimentary beans and also did the right thing by my Mum to.So all ended well and the team at Doppio came good in the end.
