This was a customized name plated necklace for my 13-year-old daughter. She was surprised and in love with the custom necklace. I can say quality looks good and sturdy and happy came with instructions on how to care for it. Packaging was cute, and worth the wait on delivery though was not as long as originally stated it came before the "expected" delivery time frame given.
