Ordered a mattress 8th January, received email saying it would be delivered by 19th January 26. No communication from Dormeo and mattress has not arrived. Had to phone customer service only to be told mattress would be delivered now by 29th January 26. Very poor customer service. Would have purchased elsewhere if I knew it would be so long waiting for delivery.
