Absolute disgrace of a company , sent my elderly mums topper to the wrong address
Then told us they would send another one , that one the courier failed to deliver despite my mum being home , now asked for refund wouldn’t go near this company , they are deceiving and treat customers terribly , they answer the sales line but the customer service line is none existent they say they will ring back but never do
