Purchased the order with the items showing in stock, was disappointed to find out 2 working days later, that the website was incorrect and my items had to be back ordered. The price was very good in comparison to other sources so I was happy to wait. Unfortunately the items packaging was damaged during transit and it turns out the courier could not fulfill the delivery, something that may have been avoidable with more packaging, but it happens sometimes I can accept that. The customer service staff were helpful polite and professional so I cannot complain in that regard. I still wanted the order, so I requested replacements, turns out there was now not enough stock again to fulfil the order, so I requested what stock was available and asked for the remainder to follow, not a problem, but a little annoyingly I did have to follow up for the remainder for an arrival time, just as well because it was overlooked as fulfilled. The mistake was sorted and the remainder followed two days later. The items themselves are very good can't complain in that regard either. All in all, the process and way it was looked after would make me think twice about using this supplier again, I'd recommend a phonecall to verify stock before ordering, and consider collecting from them if possible. From order placement to fulfillment was 26 days (including weekends).To clarify from the response, the delivery on the 20th was the replacement order of which 7 of the 8 was delivered, the remaining item was not delivered until the 26th, had I not been in contact again regarding this outstanding item, the order was marked as fulfilled on the 20th.
