The trade counter is a complete waste of time, they have no stock, they dont know how much stock they have, bought 12, paid for 12 then 7 come creeping out the back. The admin is totally a waste of time, i had to chase outstanding VAT paperwork and have given up on two refund invoices. They lure you in with fantastic pricing but just cant deliver on it. Pay the extra pound and goto screwfix.
