I ordered 50 bottles of hand sanitiser from Dortech and was extremely disappointed to find that all bottles supplied were expired (expiry date 2023). This was not mentioned anywhere at the point of purchase.As a care provider, we cannot use expired infection-control products, meaning the entire order was unusable and resulted in a financial loss. Supplying expired sanitiser without disclosure is unacceptable, particularly when customers may be operating in regulated settings.I would strongly advise others to check expiry dates carefully before ordering. Unfortunately, this experience has significantly affected my confidence in the company.
