The taste is yummy. I could drink the whole bottle at once, its really good. But I noticed it was staining my teeth pretty bad and its expensive compared to other liver detox supplements. I took it for almost a yr. Didn't really notice a difference in energy, sleep or weight loss nothing that other people were experiencing. For me it wasnt worth it.
