I recently purchased a ring from DotJewellery, attracted by their competitive pricing and lovely designs. While the product itself was decent, I had to return it for personal reasons. Unfortunately, my experience with their refund process has been extremely disappointing.It’s been 10 days since I returned the ring, and I have yet to receive my refund. Despite following all the return instructions, paid for special delivery for the return and confirming that they received the item, there has been no update on my refund. While I appreciate the affordability of their products, this lack of efficiency in handling refunds has left a very bad impression. A smooth and trustworthy return process is critical for online shopping, and unfortunately, DotJewellery has fallen short in this area.Until they improve their refund process, I would hesitate to shop here again or recommend them to others. Competitive prices mean little if customers can’t rely on timely service.
