The ballet sneakers are super cute, but everything else was terrible. I ordered my regular size (US 9) originally, but they were too small. I reached out to do a return, as they don’t offer exchanges. I sent the shoes back as instructed and never received any sort of refund for over 2 months, despite the warehouse confirming they received the shoes. Customer service was responsive, but ultimately did nothing to help the situation, so I was forced to file a dispute with my credit card company, which they accepted. I still wanted the shoes in the right size, so I ordered a new pair 1 size up. The shoes came quickly and fit well! Unfortunately, after the fourth wear (no marathon running or hiking, all I did was walk around and go shooping) all of the beads on the left shoe completely came loose and fell off. I’m hesitant to reach out again due to my last experience with their customer service, but its been less than a month (slightly longer than their 14 day return policy however). In my opinion, $160 shoes should last me more than 4 wears.
