Extremely poor support; I found a cockroach upon moving in. A month later, the issue remains unresolved. I had to cover both the rent and hotel expenses. In total, I ended up paying almost two months of rent without even living in the apartment for a minute. I strongly advise against this company if you're seeking reliability.
