My order was canceled with a brief, rude email! I placed an order with two weeks to spare before Christmas, and after confirmation, I expected the item to arrive. One week later, I received an email stating my order couldn't be fulfilled and that my payment was being refunded. The email provided no apology or explanation, only stating 'Order was canceled due to insufficient stock, and your payment has been refunded.' While I understand mistakes happen, a simple apology would have been appreciated. This was very unprofessional and left me with no time to order elsewhere for Christmas. Extremely poor customer service and communication.
