It promises shipping within 1-2 business days, yet it's been nine days since I made my payment. I work for a reputable online company that prioritizes customer service, and the experience I've had here is far from satisfactory. I've called twice, and only one representative offered an apology, but no follow-up occurred. My emails also received minimal response, and the lack of acknowledgment is shocking. This will be my first and last time using this platform, and I won't recommend it to anyone.
