While individual vets may be OK, the company, it's conduct, and the attitude of many staff are beneath contempt. 2.2 is the lowest rating I have seen on Trustpilot and frankly that seems far to generous.Their constant attempts at upselling unnecessary services should be criminalised.I only paid their extortionate bill because I don't need the hassle of blackmail and intimidating messages. CHOOSE ANY OTHER VET.
