Doxo continued to send me statements notifying me that I owed a little over $200 to a doctor for at least 3 months after the account had a negative balance. Also, I don't think anyone should have to pay an $8 fee for a medical bill. There are so many people who are extremely ill, some terminally and medical facilities are using this 3rd party provider because they don't want to deal with setting up a payment system on there platform or employee people to have a billing department. I had to be asked 7 times if I wanted to cancel my account when I went through their portal. Then, received an email from a representative asking again if I wanted to cancel my account.Trash company and they profit off peoples' pain and suffering.
