We received the call back on time. The Dr listened and was very thorough. It was extremely beneficial to be able to contact a Dr on a Sunday. I would have no hesitation in using this service again and I will also recommend it to others. If we didn't have access to this service we would need to go to A&E which would not have been pleasant.
