We have not had a good experience with this company but in retrospect what do you expect when they charge £295.00 per month, a failed experiment for us. We thought they utilised technology to automate some of the PPC management and pass on the benefit to their customers but still get the insight of an experienced person but this does not seem to be case. What they are good at is signing up customers and having an automated cancellation and collections process. In our experience they are not good at looking after your PPC - the performance on our account dropped significantly compared to when we managed it ourselves and we had to contact our account manager twice just to ask him to have a look and try and reverse the performance. They also only made 23 changes over a 90 day period which does not feel like value for money even if only £295.00 per month. When we fed this back and explained we were cancelling the agreement the reply justifying the performance was astonishing. If you are a small company dipping you toe into the PPC world for the first time on a small budget then DPOM could be a cost effective solution. If you have a larger budget then I would look for a different solution - you get what you pay for.UPDATEThanks for the reply which is exactly the same as the reply you gave before. It reflects how little time you spent understanding our business and seasonality - the period you are comparing is not a reflection of you work. To put into context the period from 1/1/25 to 12/3/25 when we were running our campaigns compared to the same period this year when you were - the CPA doubled and the number of conversions fell by 20%.
