Within minutes of taking away their admin rights from our Google ads account they had taken their final payment from our bank account, even before we filled in the cancellation email. This was followed by a blunt phone call from their account manager asking why we'd taken such steps, which to be honest was the quickest response we'd had in the whole process of dealing with them.The speed at which they claw back that final payment (way before the due date I hasten to add) speaks volumes to us that this isn't their first rodeo with a disgruntled customer and have a procedure in place to take your money as soon as they know you're walking out the door.Technically we have paid for 2 months of work that they won't be undertaking, and to be honest I wouldn't want them near our account after the way they have handled themselves today.There are lots of amazing SEO companies out there, these just aren't one of them.
