Edit wrote 2025: Its been a year, and had forgotten about this review, i hope their service is better now, but since a year has passed, DPOM is attempting, again, to get Trustpilot to remove my review due to them, this time, calling into question my authenticity as a customer, lucky i have all the emails. BE aware of these guys, because they are attempting to remove my negative review, this helps them to get more customers, if you ask me that is highly unethical, isnt that the point of trustpilot? Their accounts team are rude, along with their incapable ads staff which i had the brief but unpleasant experience of having to deal with. Your experience may differ. Original review: Great staff on the phones to fish you in, but not good at holding onto the customer and ensuring a good service once they have you.Once you sign the contract you will be paying a rolling fee, regardless of how long it takes to set your campaign up properly, all the while blaming the customer for the lack of results.Do not select the basic package as the feedback, communication and service are lacking and time to respond to queries takes days, these areas are to be greatly improved. There are so many options, go elsewhere.
