I hired DPOM LTD to manage my Google Ads campaign, and it turned out to be a complete waste of money. After paying £495 + VAT for their management service, I received only one extremely poor-quality lead during the entire month.After questioning the poor results and the lack of regular updates, I was reminded that their contract requires a 30-day notice period to cancel. This essentially meant that even though the first month delivered almost nothing for me, I was still expected to pay for another month of service.From what I experienced, DPOM LTD appeared to be more focused on enforcing their contract terms than on delivering any genuine value. For the amount I spent, I felt I got very little back — barely any communication, no worthwhile outcomes, and no real sense of responsibility for the campaign.
