Early days but so far the service has been good. Onboarding is good and made me feel they are making an effort to understand my business. I'll update this review once my Google Ads have been running a bit longer and I've experienced their service a bit more. I do appreciate their transparency and they do manage expectations probably a bit too much if I'm being honest, I'm a sensible person I don't need to be told there aren't guarentees etc but I understand why they do this.
