Terrible customer service. A truly awful experience. We have double our outgoings with Google Ads but have lost our consistent contacts of 2 to 3 a day.Instead they have dropped to 2 to 3 a month. Dpom stated clearly on their website that (on the package we signed up for) not than X amount would be billed on Google Ads.Without discussion or our consent, Dpom doubled this figure in Google Ads. I'm sure that there are great companies out there, who can really help with Google Marketing. But Dpom certainly isn't one of them.EDIT TO ADD A RESPONSE TO DPOM'S COMPLETELY FICTITIOUS REPLY! You DOUBLED our monthly to over £1000! If we could upload a screenshot here, we would. We contacted you telling you that you were bankrupting us because ALL contacts had ceased. You're disappointed?? Not even a fraction as disappointed as we are in Dpom!!If only you cared as much about customer support and customer revenue as you do about HONEST feedback.If only you responded to customer emails as quickly as you have responded to this review. If only an ounce of effort had been put in to helping us.
