The good, the bad, but most of all the truth!

The good:The team was generally friendly to deal with, albeit somewhat corporate in tone.Results were OK. I got some enquiries, but I broke even / even + a few hundred pounds. Certainly nothing to write home about.The bad:Response times were inconsistent—sometimes slow, with some emails going "missing."The terms and conditions are 32 pages long and heavily weighted in their favour. I wish I had trusted my gut and not signed up—they make cancellation, not difficult, but certainly inconvenient.I received no reports during my time with them, until asking during my last communication with them. The report was not explained to me, so was next to useless.I paid extra for 1 on 1 meetings, but these hour long meetings were a 20 minute phone call.Despite being told that conversions were absolutely the most important focus, conversion tracking was still not set up after 3 months.I made 5 payments between November 20 and 21 February (3 months), which means they charge you an additional month at both the start and end of the contract.
