On Jan. 19th, I ordered six bottles of Gelatide for $308.95 BECAUSE DR. OZ WAS BEHIND THIS PRODUCT. To this day, i have not lost even a single ounce. I contacted the company weeks ago and been back and forth with a girl named Sarah ever since, who told me she will connect me with someone to send me a return label for the other five bottles. I have NOT received the label yet. She wants to know if I would accept a 5% refund and keep the five and I told her absolutely no. So, here I am, still waiting. Any advice??? How do I get a refund if she is not working with me as she promised she would?
