I have been insured under Dr Walter for three years. During the last two years, there are some percentage of my bills they don’t reimburse, but it’s under some clear clauses in their policy.But this time, it’s really a joke! As I am having pain in my down abdomal, I have checked with my Frauenartzt then did an intestine check, then my intestine doctor suggest me to do a MRT to clearly see what’s wrong. I emailed Dr Walter if I can get reimbursed for MRT, in the beginning they say I can’t get reimbursed because my pain starts two years ago, but two years ago I was also insured under Dr Walter, just under a different insurance number. Then, I tell them I can get reimbursed under the old insurance number. You know what’s their reply? They say the pain in the down abdominal is not in their cover of insurance! And just give me the link of their policy, but couldn’t point out which policy it is. Hehe, such a joke, this is the first time I hear that an insurance doesn’t cover certain part of human’s body. I understand I have reimbursed certain amount under your insurance, but I am not a very healthy person. I’m sure you also make a lot of money from other people that’s very healthy. You can’t just refuse my reimbursement just because U R not making money from me. I’m sure you have made a lot of money from many other people. Then why do you write on your website you cover all the cost of necessary medical treatment? My doctor suggest me to do a MRT, but you refuse it.This is total commercial scam! I will not use them anymore.
