Since then? Complete radio silence from you. I emailed multiple times as instructed by Genki, followed up repeatedly, and got one vague email on February 5 admitting "delays due to high volume and procedural issues" – no timeline, no payout link, nothing useful.
It's now mid-February 2026 (over two months later), and zero progress. My claim remains stuck
