It's actually a zero! My parcel left the retailer the same day I ordered it and reached the hub on November 22. My guaranteed delivery was for November 23. I don't understand why the retailer uses this service, as they seem to operate independently and are clearly not accountable. My address is always wrong, even after confirming it with a long wait on the phone. I informed the retailer that this service is the worst. It was out for delivery yesterday, and of course, my address was wrong yet again.
