Dragonfly is, without exaggeration, the most unreliable delivery service I’ve ever had to deal with. My package was shipped on October 24, and it is now November 26 — OVER A MONTH — and I still don’t have it. The tracking says “delivery attempted,” which is a complete lie. Nobody came to my house. I live in town, my deck is right there, and every other delivery company manages to deliver without any problem. Dragonfly is the ONLY carrier that constantly screws this up.I’ve called customer service over and over, and all I get is useless answers, no accountability, and absolutely no real help. This company keeps repeating the same pathetic excuses, and I’m tired of it. This is not a one-time issue — it happens EVERY time they’re assigned to deliver my packages.If a package leaves Prince George, it should show up the same day or the next. Not weeks later. Not “maybe.” Not “attempted.” This level of incompetence is ridiculous.Amazon needs to STOP using Dragonfly altogether because customers should not be dealing with fake delivery attempts, endless delays, and zero communication. I’m done with this nonsense. Do better
