Do NOT use this courier company if you care about your package. Unfortunately Amazon has chosen to use Dragonfly and the results are abysmal. Yesterday they delivered my package (rural Red Deer) to a corporate building in Edmonton. It took over an hour to call Customer Service and though they were cordial, there is nothing they can do. Our house is on GPS and NO ONE ELSE has problems finding it. In fact, Amazon drivers have been great but Dragonfly drivers do not understand basic geography - like cities and rural areas.The first time Amazon used Dragonfly/Intelcom to deliver some books for me they delivered them to Montreal, Quebec even though the address was in Alberta.
