So Bad I Don't Have Words

I gave a 1 star rating because I can't give less. Amazon has used them 3 times over the last 4 years to pick up a return from me and every time there were issues. The last one was two weeks ago and I still haven't seen anyone. I emailed about a tech issue I had trying to reschedule, and for customer service and I still haven't heard back about either. Amazon helped me resolve the tech issue.Their website keeps rerouting you to the email form but I found their 800 number after an internet search and called yesterday. I eventually had to ask for a manager, and I was told one would call within 24 hours. I gave up and reported them to Amazon - who cleared the return for me, and logged the complaint. My issues with them:-they don't give delivery windows so you're stuck the entire day when they don't show up-drivers often don't show up-drivers texting asking for a 5 star rating before they've even arrived -drivers texting and picking up outside the 9am-9pm time frame -drivers asking me to put the package outside the door to achieve "a hassle free pickup" which goes against the company direction to "hand your package directly to the driver" -"Customer Service" does nothing except explain, the rules. They just repeat that you'll have to reschedule - they can't even do that for you. -there was never any effort made to resolve the issues, and CSRs were not motivated to assist.-I explained the havoc their issues caused in my schedule and asked them simply to guarantee a pick-up window of am or pm. CSR told me they can't do that because it's up to the driver's schedule. "Can you not put a note somewhere asking the driver who gets it to text me a pick-up window?" "No. We don't do that" -Call centres are so far away that managers aren't available until the next day. I have always tried to support Canadian business where I could so it's very disappointing to me that this is a Canadian business I will never use.
