I wish there was a Zero star option. As with every other experience I've had with Dragonfly, they haven't delivered. Day after day they send things like "The business was closed" (there's 30 of us sitting in the office at the moment). At this point, and after multiple deliveries never arriving, I have to assume they're a scam and just steal people's goods; promising to deliver, but never being able to do so inextricably. Worst service ever. Constant lies when you contact them. You can only call offshore assistants in the Philippines - had some chooks in the background of this call. Not office-based at all, just random people in random places offering the same scripted replies to every enquiry. Hopeless. If you see that your item is being sent with Dragonfly, just cancel the order immediately and try another vendor. You'll experience much less hassle, and also have an opportunity to actually receive your goods!
