They told me my address doesn't exist. After I let them know that this has been my address forever and that I have never had a package missdelevered they admitted their employees just follow google maps and wont drive to the correct house number around the corner if google maps is wrong. It has been almost a week and nobody can provide an update. They cannot provide contact info for the warehouse. Nobody knows where my package is. Then of course another company uses them as well. THat package was meant to be delivered on the 12th. It said they would try again, it is now the 14th. After waiting on hold for 30 minutes they cannot provide an explanation other than there are 100 other deliveries ahead. MINE SHOULD TAKE PRIORITY NOT BE LAST IN LINE EVERYTIME SO IT IS MISSED. So far, 3 packages ordered and only one showed up as I spent 1 hour on the line with their customer support to ensure they wouldn't mess it up. This is awful.
