Dragonfly was the only choice Amazon gave us for returning an item. I intensely dislike using them because they make you wait all day and evening telling you they're on their way, only to have them postpone at the last minute. Then you have to reschedule and go through the painful process again. This has happened several times. They sure don't mind wasting days of our time with their extreme inefficiency
