The first one didn't show up at all on Friday, the second one showed up today, but he doesn't seem to know how to use the intercom (which was provided) or the phone. It's strange that other delivery drivers had no problem using the intercom and showing up today. You're unprofessional, and I'm planning to send a letter to Amazon about you. I wasted two days because of you. What do you think, that I have nothing else to do but wait for your driver?
