Lately I cannot complain about dragonfly. My orders are usually a day or two early and the last few delivery drivers I’ve been able to meet at the door have been exceptionally friendly. While I have had a bad experience with dragonfly customer service when a package was missing, I will not hold the delivery drivers accountable. Mistakes happen but customer service could definitely use A LOT of work.
